Account Executive

Monthly Net Salary: ₱35,000 to ₱45,000

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a high-performing Account Executive with a proven record of closing B2B deals in the e-commerce SaaS space. You’ll own the full sales cycle—working qualified leads from discovery through close—while demonstrating how our solution accelerates growth, retention, and operational efficiency for mid-market and enterprise brands. If you’ve sold platforms like Klaviyo, Yotpo, or Gorgias and understand the DTC buyer journey, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage discovery, demos, value positioning, negotiation, and close for e-commerce merchants.

  • Solution Demos: Tailor presentations to stakeholder pain points and business objectives.

  • Pipeline Management: Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and maintain accurate forecasts in HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with founders, CMOs, operations leaders, and retention managers.

  • Quota Attainment: Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Cross-Functional Handoff: Partner with marketing and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client value.

  • Market Insight: Stay current on DTC, CX, and e-commerce SaaS trends to inform sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a closing role (AE or similar) at a B2B e-commerce or SaaS company.

  • Demonstrated success selling to Shopify or other e-commerce merchants; familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Yotpo, or Gorgias.

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

  • Proficiency with consultative sales frameworks (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using sales platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and video/demo tools (Loom, Zoom).

  • Strong discovery abilities and knack for customizing demos to unique brand needs.

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and bias for action.

  • Experience selling into DTC or digitally native brands is preferred.

  • Background in retention, CX, or marketing technology is preferred.

  • Familiarity with the full e-commerce post-purchase tech stack is preferred.
