Account Manager (B2B SaaS)

Monthly Net Salary: ₱30,000 to ₱50,000

Job Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of B2B clients—driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as a strategic advisor to finance teams. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management & Growth

    • Build strong executive-level relationships and develop account plans that drive retention and upsell revenue.

    • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly renewal and expansion targets.

  • Consultative Partnership

    • Understand each customer’s finance workflows; position new features and best practices to maximize product value.

    • Conduct regular business reviews, share insights, and align on success metrics.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering; partner with Sales on expansion strategies.

    • Coordinate with Support to ensure timely resolution of client issues.

  • Forecasting & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate pipeline and renewal forecasts in the CRM.

    • Track account health KPIs and present progress to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in B2B account management or new-business sales with a track record of top-quartile performance.

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue goals in a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking, consultative selling skills, and product intuition.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at executive-level presentations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, modern SaaS environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Bonus: Experience working with accounting software or finance teams.
