Job Summary:

We’re seeking a detail-obsessed, data-savvy Ad Operations Specialist based in Colombia, Venezuela, or Mexico to launch, monitor, and optimize paid-media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll own flawless campaign execution—from pixel setup and QA to budget pacing and performance reporting—providing insights that drive real growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Launch & QA: Build, launch, and quality-check ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Tracking & Attribution: Configure pixels, conversion events, UTMs, and custom audiences; ensure tracking integrity and troubleshoot issues.

  • Budget & Pacing Management: Monitor spend, pacing, and delivery at the campaign and ad-set level to hit performance targets.

  • Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with growth and creative teams to run A/B tests on formats, copy, and audiences; flag issues early and adjust bids or budgets accordingly.

  • Reporting & Insights: Maintain dashboards, analyze KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV), and deliver weekly performance updates with actionable recommendations.

  • Industry Best Practices: Stay current on ad-tech trends, platform changes, and performance-media best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years hands-on experience in digital ad operations or performance marketing.

  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager; familiarity with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to set up clean UTM parameters, pixels, and conversion tracking.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail—adept at spotting and resolving errors before they escalate.

  • Solid understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and budget pacing.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with growth strategists and creative teams.

  • Thrive in fast-moving environments; excellent prioritization and communication skills.
