AI-First Creative Brand Strategist

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an AI-native Creative Brand Strategist who operates at the intersection of premium branding and performance marketing. You’ll leverage cutting-edge AI tools and persona insights to generate 10–12 creative briefs per week and 75+ ad variations monthly—fueling Meta, YouTube, and email campaigns while steering brand storytelling and measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
Produce 10–12 data-driven creative briefs each week, aligned with personas, product launches, and the brand calendar.
Use GPT-4, Midjourney, and other AI platforms to ideate concepts, craft scripts, and create mood boards or visual references.
Collaborate with Motion / Pencil Pro teams to build and iterate 75+ modular ad assets per month.
Partner with Paid Media, Email, and UGC teams to align hooks, angles, and messaging across channels.
Maintain a live creative-performance dashboard tracking hook rate, CPA, ROAS, and learnings.
Lead weekly creative reviews—extract actionable insights and refine briefs for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
4+ years in creative strategy or performance copywriting for DTC brands.
Demonstrated success scaling premium-oriented, high-velocity creative for Meta and YouTube.
Hands-on expertise with AI tools (ChatGPT/GPT-4, Midjourney, Motion, Airtable automations, etc.).
Strong grasp of luxury or premium brand voice—especially targeting Gen X, family-driven consumers.
Proven ability to distill data into compelling storytelling and actionable creative guidelines.
Analytical fluency; comfortable interpreting performance metrics to inform creative pivots.
