Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Amazon Catalog Manager to own end-to-end listing health and performance for a large SKU portfolio. You’ll manage backend attributes and compliance, optimize front-end content, and analyze key metrics to improve rankings, conversion, and revenue. Ideal for a data-driven operator with deep Seller Central expertise and a track record scaling large catalogs.

Responsibilities:

  • Catalog Management

    • Maintain and optimize 500+ SKUs in Seller Central, ensuring accurate categories, browse nodes, variations, and buy box–relevant settings.

    • Execute monthly content audits (titles, bullets, images, A+), fix suppressions/stranded inventory, and uphold Amazon TOS and compliance.

    • Manage backend attributes (search terms, item type keywords, intended use, target audience) and ensure listing data integrity.

  • Sales & Ranking Optimization

    • Track keyword rankings, CVR, pricing, and subcategory BSR; set weekly sales targets and target BSR per ASIN.

    • Identify underperforming listings and implement remediation plans (content, offers, pricing/ coupons, deals, images, reviews strategy inputs).

    • Monitor profitability and contribution margins, coordinating with ads and pricing to hit goals.

  • Insights & Collaboration

    • Partner with internal teams on pricing, promotions, creative, and inventory to align levers with growth targets.

    • Run competitive audits (content, offers, reviews, price moves) and recommend tactical adjustments.

    • Build and deliver actionable, data-driven performance reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central (required).

  • Proven success managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs) with complex variations.

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, data cleaning).

  • Expert knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research/strategy, and backend attributes.

  • Strong grasp of Amazon TOS, compliance, suppressions, and listing health mechanics.

  • Familiarity with Sellerboard, Keepa, DataRova (or similar) is a plus.

  • Fluent English; highly organized, analytical, and self-directed.
