Apparel Production Manager

Monthly Net Salary: ₱80,000 to ₱100,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Apparel Production Manager to lead end-to-end production execution for wholesale and retail programs, from purchase order through final delivery. This role is responsible for managing complex packaging requirements, coordinating with global vendors, and ensuring timely, compliant execution across multiple product launches. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, solutions-driven operator with strong experience managing international production, compressed timelines, and cross-functional workflows in fast-paced apparel environments.
Responsibilities:
Production & Program Management
Own end-to-end production execution, including purchase orders, timelines, and delivery coordination
Translate sales forecasts into actionable production plans while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Track production milestones from fabric commitment through final delivery using internal systems
Maintain accurate work-in-progress updates and ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines, risks, and changes
Manage compressed timelines and proactively communicate updates to internal and external partners
Global Vendor Coordination
Manage relationships with international vendors across multiple sourcing regions
Align suppliers on production capacity, pricing, timelines, and packaging requirements
Lead regular vendor check-ins to monitor progress and proactively address risks or delays
Ensure vendor compliance with production standards, delivery schedules, and quality expectations
Cross-Functional Execution
Collaborate with product development, design, sales, logistics, and planning teams to support product launches
Communicate production updates, risks, and timelines to ensure visibility across stakeholders
Coordinate handoffs between internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to prevent delays or errors
Maintain clear documentation and operational visibility throughout the production lifecycle
Packaging, Quality & Compliance
Manage packaging requirements including labeling, inserts, and retailer-specific compliance standards
Oversee pre-production samples, production samples, and final inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
Partner with quality assurance and logistics teams to ensure delivery readiness and compliance
Ensure all products meet retail partner requirements and are delivered on schedule
Requirements:
5–8 years of apparel production experience, preferably in high-volume and fast-paced environments
Proven experience managing wholesale or large retail production programs
Strong experience coordinating with global vendors and managing international production timelines
Proficiency with production management and PLM systems; experience with NetSuite, Centric PLM, or similar tools is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Experience using project management and communication tools such as Slack, Asana, or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
Experience working with retailer vendor portals, EDI systems, or retail compliance platforms preferred
Advanced Excel skills for production tracking, costing, and reporting preferred
Experience in apparel production in consumer goods or wholesale environments preferred
