B2B Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Operations Analyst to support timely and accurate execution of Wholesale, Retail, and Amazon FBA orders. This role will play a critical part in managing 3PL coordination, monitoring inventory, generating documentation via SPS Commerce, and supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a strong mix of logistics, operations, and analytical expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Execution:

    • Process and execute B2B orders from the Commercial team, ensuring accuracy and timely handoff to logistics.

    • Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure successful fulfillment and shipment tracking.

    • Generate required documentation (e.g., ASNs, labels) via SPS Commerce.

  • Shipment Management:

    • Monitor in-transit orders and track delivery performance.

    • Resolve fulfillment issues impacting shipment timelines or order accuracy.

  • Inventory Management:

    • Track and report inventory allocated to Wholesale, highlighting backorders and inventory risks.

    • Manage Transfer Orders (TOs) to shift inventory between channels.

    • Coordinate kitting, labeling, and hangtag requests with 3PL partners as needed.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Deliver reports on order fulfillment, shipment status, and chargebacks.

    • Summarize root causes of chargebacks and flag order risks.

    • Use data analysis to identify bottlenecks and performance gaps in the supply chain.

  • Process Optimization:

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline fulfillment processes and improve operational efficiency.

    • Recommend and implement best practices across B2B operations.

  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Liaise with Commercial teams to align on order status and priority.

    • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

    • Share operational updates and performance insights with leadership regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a B2B or wholesale setting.

  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, BI tools).

  • Experience using SPS Commerce and ERP/order management systems is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
