B2B Outbound Sales Representative

Monthly Net Salary: ₱40,000 to ₱50,000
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a creative, relentless B2B Outbound Sales Representative to open doors with wholesale, hospitality, and other B2B partners. You’ll craft highly personalized campaigns, prospect into target accounts, and turn interest into qualified meetings—working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and expand our partnership pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Build and run multi-step outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) that resonate with decision-makers.
Write concise, persuasive cold emails and sequences that drive replies and meetings.
Research and prioritize prospects across hospitality, retail, wellness, and adjacent industries; tailor outreach to business needs.
Track performance (open/reply/meet rates), A/B test messaging, and iterate based on data.
Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to align targeting, share insights, and evolve the outbound playbook.
Proactively surface new partnership opportunities across product lines and markets.
Maintain clean CRM/sequence hygiene and accurate activity notes.
Requirements:
Exceptional written communication—able to craft value-driven, personalized outreach.
1–3+ years in outbound sales/BDR, partner development, or copywriting for B2B (wholesale/hospitality a plus).
Hands-on with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Reply.io) and CRM/ticketing (e.g., Zendesk or similar).
Data-driven mindset; comfortable measuring and improving campaign performance.
Self-starter with strong work ethic; thrives in remote environments and can align to U.S. business hours.
