Business Development & Account Manager

Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: $900 to $1,200

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a dynamic Business Development & Account Manager to fuel growth by acquiring new logos and deepening relationships with existing clients. You’ll own the full sales cycle and ongoing account strategy for mid-to-enterprise e-commerce brands—especially in Fashion, CPG, Beauty, Home Décor, Health & Nutrition, and Petcare. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead strategic conversations about martech bottlenecks (plugin bloat, siloed data, site performance) and position our AI-native storefront solution (unified frontends, A/B testing, personalization, autonomous revenue optimization) as the growth engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate pipeline & close deals: Identify, prospect, and qualify target accounts; run discovery, tailor demos, build business cases, negotiate terms, and close.

  • Act as strategic advisor: Map client stacks and pain points; translate them into clear solution architectures and value narratives tied to conversion, revenue per session, and merchandising lift.

  • Grow & retain accounts: Build account plans, drive renewals and expansions (e.g., dynamic pricing, personalized merchandising), and coordinate cross-functionally with CS, Product, and Marketing to deliver outcomes.

  • Evangelize success: Package case studies, benchmarks, and test results to inspire upsells and attract new logos; present wins to stakeholders and at industry touchpoints.

  • Own forecasting & hygiene: Maintain clean CRM, forecast accurately, report on pipeline health and attainment, and uphold a rigorous outbound and follow-up cadence.

Requirements:

  • 4–7+ years in B2B SaaS new-business sales and/or account management, selling to e-commerce or digital leaders (VP/Dir eComm, Growth, Marketing, Product).

  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding revenue targets with consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (mid-market to enterprise).

  • Technical fluency with e-commerce and martech ecosystems (e.g., Shopify/headless, A/B testing & personalization, pixels/analytics, feed/integration tooling); able to discuss APIs, data feeds, and performance implications with confidence.

  • Exceptional discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills; comfort building ROI models and alignment decks for executive audiences.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration (CS, Product, Marketing) and program management to translate promises into delivered outcomes.

  • CRM discipline (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay), pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication; comfortable running live demos and QBRs.

  • Nice to have: experience with dynamic pricing or merchandising optimization, AI/ML-enabled products, and an existing network in Fashion/CPG/Beauty/Home/Health & Nutrition/Petcare.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel for key meetings and events as needed.
