Community Manager - Social Media & Growth

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Community Manager who lives and breathes social—someone who can spin up authentic, fan-driven Facebook pages at scale, fuel daily engagement, and grow audiences through smart content and paid amplification. You’ll own the operation end-to-end: page creation, content and calendars, community moderation, paid growth, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and manage 50+ Facebook fan pages across diverse interests/fandoms—from concept to scale.

  • Create content calendars, post daily creative (copy + assets), and drive comments, shares, and community interaction.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads across pages to grow followers, reach, and monetization.

  • Monitor performance (reach, ER, CTR, growth), run rapid tests on formats and topics, and double down on winners.

  • Track trends, memes, and timely conversations to spark virality while protecting page quality.

  • Own operations “soup to nuts”: naming, branding, moderation standards, basic page hygiene, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in social media management, community building, or digital marketing with proven multi-page growth.

  • Demonstrated success taking pages/accounts from zero to scale (portfolio or examples preferred).

  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook audience dynamics (targeting, creatives, budgets, pacing).

  • Blend of creative intuition + analytical rigor—able to ideate quickly, test methodically, and iterate fast.

  • Excellent writing and community moderation skills; comfortable managing high volume independently.

  • Strong organizational habits: structured naming, documentation, and weekly KPI reporting.
