Job Summary:

As a Content Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing creative strategies across social media and digital platforms. You’ll build strategic content roadmaps, partner with creators, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong organizational skills, who can balance creative thinking with data-backed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Creative Briefs: Develop content strategies, roadmaps, and creative briefs that align with client goals, brand voice, and target audience.

  • Collaboration & Production: Partner with designers, videographers, and content creators to bring ideas to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

  • Performance & Optimization: Track content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to improve SEO, reach, conversions, and overall effectiveness.

  • Competitive Research: Stay on top of industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities for brand growth.

  • Campaign Execution: Ensure projects meet deadlines, maintain consistency across channels, and deliver high-quality, on-brand content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social media management.

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.

  • Ability to conduct competitive research and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
