Conversion Designer

Temporary Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a data-driven Conversion Designer who thrives at the crossroads of visual storytelling and performance optimization. In this role, you’ll design landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital experiences that not only look beautiful—but also convert. You’ll partner closely with growth marketers, product teams, and developers to create high-impact assets that are continuously tested and refined.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize landing pages, digital ads, email templates, and other marketing assets with a focus on performance.

  • Translate user insights and test results into data-informed design improvements.

  • Apply UX/UI best practices to build seamless, intuitive user flows that drive conversions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with messaging, brand voice, and campaign objectives.

  • Tailor visual strategies for different customer personas and audience segments.

  • Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow (or similar) to produce polished, production-ready designs.

  • Track KPIs and iterate on creative based on data from A/B tests, heatmaps, and user analytics.

  • Stay current on CRO best practices, UI trends, and high-performing creative strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital or conversion-focused design roles.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-converting landing pages, email campaigns, or ad creatives.

  • Deep understanding of CRO principles, UX best practices, and behavioral psychology.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

  • Familiarity with analytics and testing platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).

  • Strong communication skills—able to articulate design rationale and collaborate with both creatives and marketers.

  • Comfortable working in an iterative, fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Experience using Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, or similar no-code platforms preferred.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for rapid prototyping or QA preferred.

  • Comfort collaborating with or writing conversion-focused copy preferred.
