Creative Strategist

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic and imaginative Creative Strategist to lead the ideation and execution of high-performing ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. This is a cross-functional role that blends storytelling, data analysis, and digital strategy to produce content that drives real business results.
You’ll work at the intersection of creative development and performance marketing—collaborating with copywriters, designers, and media buyers to develop ads that not only look great but also convert. Responsibilities:
Create strategic creative briefs informed by brand objectives, audience behavior, and past performance.
Lead the ideation and storyboarding of direct-response ad campaigns tailored to paid media platforms.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and video editors to bring concepts to life with high creative impact.
Monitor campaign performance to identify opportunities for iteration, optimization, or scaling.
Run brainstorm sessions and pitch creative concepts internally or directly to clients.
Stay ahead of trends on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms to inspire innovative creative strategies.
Translate brand messaging into adaptable narratives suited for different formats, placements, and target segments.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in a creative strategy or performance marketing role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced DTC environment.
Deep understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and how creative drives outcomes.
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to visually and verbally communicate ideas.
Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads).
Proficiency with creative collaboration tools such as Figma, Google Slides, Notion, or similar.
Comfortable working in agile, data-driven environments with fast feedback loops.
Experience scripting and concepting for video creatives is a plus.
Understanding of creative testing frameworks (e.g. modular creative, thumbstop testing) is a plus.
Light editing/design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
