Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to turn complex, multi-channel data into clear dashboards, models, and recommendations that drive profitable growth across performance marketing, forecasting, retention, and ecommerce. You’ll establish a single source of truth, guide spend and channel mix, and partner with leadership to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a spend-optimization table enabling autonomous budget shifts by channel/SKU within CAC, MER, LTV, and payback guardrails.

  • Define and centralize KPIs (CAC, AOV, ROAS, LTV, retention, channel performance) to align the organization on a single source of truth.

  • Develop dashboards and dynamic reporting tied to forecasts, guardrails, and growth targets across Meta, TikTok, Google, TikTok Shop/Affiliates, and other paid channels.

  • Analyze channel trends and surface actionable insights to improve efficiency, scale revenue, and drive first-order profitability (with emphasis on TikTok Shop).

  • Partner with the SVP of Ecommerce and Growth on monthly/quarterly spend mix, promos, revenue forecasts, and performance strategy.

  • Build BI dashboards/visualizations (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight) and translate SQL outputs into clear narratives for senior leadership.

  • Support forecasting across DTC, Amazon, and wholesale; analyze cohorts, AOV, product/retention drivers, and funnel/CRO test results.

  • Ensure data accuracy across GA4, Recharge, Shopify, Amazon, and paid media platforms with engineering/data partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a DTC ecommerce analytics role (brand or agency).

  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience building BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight).

  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and Shopify data.

  • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strength in navigating/segmenting large datasets; high attention to detail and strong organization in a fast-moving environment.

  • Understanding of appropriate AI usage to optimize queries or code efficiency.

  • Nice to have: Python; zero-ETL tools (e.g., Fivetran); AWS (Lambda, S3); subscription data (Recharge); A/B testing methodology and basic statistical modeling.
