Data-Driven Marketing Specialist

Monthly Net Salary: ₱60,000 to ₱80,000
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a performance-minded marketer who turns data into decisions. You’ll own the analysis, testing, and optimization that guide campaign strategy across channels, partnering closely with creative and strategy teams to drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze cross-channel KPIs and cohort trends to spot opportunities and risks.
Translate insights into clear testing plans and actionable changes to copy, creative, targeting, and bidding.
Build and maintain dashboards and weekly reports tracking CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV, CPA, and funnel health.
Design, launch, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests; document learnings and roll out winners.
Collaborate with strategists, designers, and copywriters to iterate messaging and assets based on data.
Maintain clean tracking and attribution; validate pixels/tags and reconcile discrepancies.
Surface customer and channel insights to inform budgeting, forecasting, and roadmap priorities.
Stay current on analytics tools, attribution models, AI-assisted workflows, and privacy changes; champion best practices.
Requirements:
3–5 years in performance marketing, growth analytics, or a data-focused marketing role.
Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets: pivots, lookups), and a BI/visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and translating results into clear recommendations.
Strong grasp of attribution concepts (e.g., MMM, MTA, post-purchase surveys) and funnel metrics.
Excellent communication skills—able to turn complex analyses into simple, actionable narratives for non-technical teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple analyses and experiments simultaneously.
