Digital Trading Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-obsessed and conversion-focused Digital Trading Manager to take full ownership of Shopify performance for a high-growth direct-to-consumer brand. This role will lead conversion rate optimization, landing page testing, pixel health, and merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of analytics and creative storytelling and is highly experienced in using TripleWhale, Shopify, and A/B testing tools to drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
Own daily and weekly Shopify revenue performance, optimizing product merchandising and landing pages to meet sales KPIs.
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests on UX, copy, pricing, product bundles, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
Analyze TripleWhale dashboards to extract insights on LTV, ROAS, and channel mix; translate findings into actionable on-site improvements.
Maintain clean and compliant pixel infrastructure across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and Snapchat using tools like Google Tag Manager.
Collaborate with Email/SMS (Klaviyo) teams to align on-site findings with retention strategies and optimize the customer journey.
Lead weekly trading meetings, forecast demand at the SKU level, and drive merchandising calendar updates in coordination with paid media teams.
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience managing Shopify or Shopify Plus revenue for a fast-growing DTC brand.
Deep expertise with TripleWhale (Creative Cockpit, dashboards, post-purchase surveys).
Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Hotjar/FullStory, and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Convert, Optimizely).
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate effectively with design and development teams.
Strong balance of analytical acumen and brand sensibility, with a proven track record of driving measurable results while honoring brand identity.
