E-commerce Catalog Manager

Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, EST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: Up to $1,200

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Catalog Manager to own end-to-end catalog health, listing accuracy, and performance across multiple non-Amazon marketplaces. You will manage catalogs on Walmart, Shopify, Target, eBay, Temu, and Shein, with future expansion into Home Depot and Lowe’s. Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred, as you will collaborate with Amazon-focused teams to maintain consistency across channels.

This role is suited for a detail-obsessed operator who thrives in fast-paced e-commerce environments, proactively fixes catalog issues, enhances visibility, and drives measurable performance—not just maintains listings. You will ensure data consistency, optimize content, manage orders, and contribute to marketplace growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Catalog Management

    • Manage and optimize listings across Walmart, Shopify, Target, eBay, Temu, and Shein, with future marketplaces to follow.

    • Ensure accuracy of titles, bullets, descriptions, variations, backend attributes, compatibility/fitment, SEO fields, categorization, and image/content compliance.

    • Perform routine catalog audits and resolve issues proactively.

    • Maintain data integrity through bulk uploads, templates, spreadsheets, and feed-based systems.

    • Align catalog structures and variation logic with Amazon listings when needed.

  • Order & Customer Service Operations

    • Manage order flows, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

    • Resolve shipment failures, late shipments, returns, cancellations, and inventory discrepancies in collaboration with operations teams.

    • Respond to marketplace messages with speed, accuracy, and appropriate tone.

    • Troubleshoot customer or listing-related issues across marketplaces.

  • Performance, Optimization & Insights

    • Track and report on listing visibility, ranking, pricing competitiveness, buy box performance, and conversions.

    • Identify underperforming SKUs and implement optimization strategies.

    • Collaborate with creative and copy resources to improve images, PDP content, and SEO.

    • Identify catalog gaps, missed placements, and new opportunities for expansion.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work with design teams for image and content improvements.

    • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and inventory teams on new SKU setup and accurate data flow.

    • Collaborate with Amazon catalog resources to maintain consistent data structures across platforms.

    • Ensure product data is accurate, aligned, and standardized across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on catalog management experience on Walmart and Shopify (mandatory).

  • Experience with Target, eBay, Temu, or Shein (strong preference).

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and MCF (preferred).

  • Experience with Home Depot or Lowe’s portals or feed-based uploads (plus).

  • Knowledge of marketplace SEO, attribute mapping, template-based uploads, and feed troubleshooting.

  • Experience managing fulfillment issues, returns, cancellations, and basic customer service cases.

  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data normalization.

  • Proven ability to manage large catalogs with accuracy and speed.

  • Strong communication skills; organized, analytical, proactive, and self-directed.

  • Ability to commit to a single full-time role.
