E-Commerce Coordinator

Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: ₱60,000 to ₱80,000

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of site content, merchandising, and operations. This role is critical in ensuring the e-commerce experience is seamless, visually appealing, and optimized for performance. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats—balancing content updates, site troubleshooting, and backend operations—while collaborating cross-functionally to support product launches and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute ongoing site content updates, including homepage banners, product pages, landing pages, and blogs.

  • Lead merchandising efforts across PDPs (Product Detail Pages), PLPs (Product Listing Pages), and other key areas to enhance user experience and drive conversion.

  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns by coordinating asset uploads, page setup, and timelines.

  • Monitor site performance daily and escalate any UX, merchandising, or technical issues.

  • Maintain backend infrastructure including inventory syncs, fulfillment tools, and third-party platform integrations.

  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process improvements for e-commerce systems.

  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to resolve order issues, site errors, and fulfillment escalations.

  • Work closely with creative, merchandising, and product teams to ensure content accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

  • Contribute to SEO initiatives and content optimization strategies.

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting support and assist in special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce, site merchandising, or digital operations role.

  • Familiarity with Shopify and tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, or similar platforms.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web UX/UI principles.

  • Experience working on cross-functional teams and coordinating with creative, ops, and customer service stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
