E-commerce Program Manager

Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: ₱120,000 to ₱140,000

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a high-ownership E-commerce Program Manager to lead performance monitoring and operational excellence across multiple brand accounts. This role is a strategic hybrid of analytics, marketing operations, and cross-functional coordination. You'll be the go-to person for proactively identifying issues, interpreting platform data, and keeping the business ahead of performance risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor account performance daily across Shopify, paid ad platforms, and attribution tools to catch problems before they become escalations.

  • Manage and maintain dashboards that track revenue, ad performance, and site KPIs across multiple brands.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, creative, tech, and operations teams to keep launches, tests, and campaigns on track.

  • Own weekly reporting cycles and build clear, concise snapshots of key performance metrics.

  • Troubleshoot attribution and funnel anomalies and support decision-making with data-backed insights.

  • Act as an operational quarterback—driving outcomes, not just tracking tasks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or DTC program management, marketing ops, or analytics-heavy roles.

  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to answer performance questions using data.

  • Proven track record with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party attribution platforms.

  • Highly proactive and self-sufficient; you spot issues before anyone else does and rally teams toward resolution.

  • Clear communicator with a bias for ownership and results—comfortable driving projects forward cross-functionally.

  • Familiarity with Looker, Power BI, or other dashboarding tools.

  • Experience managing technical vendors or collaborating with developers on Shopify stores.
