E-Commerce Program Manager –Marketplaces

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a results-oriented E-Commerce Program Manager – Marketplaces to own and scale growth across emerging commerce platforms—including TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, Shop App, Faire, B2B wholesale, and additional third-party or international storefronts. You will drive day-to-day marketplace operations, site merchandising, product-feed integrity, and cross-functional program execution to deliver measurable channel performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Site Merchandising & Channel Management

    • Own daily merchandising for TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, Shop App, Faire, and other platforms.

    • Ensure accurate product syndication from Shopify—maintaining taxonomy, descriptions, images, and promotional messaging.

    • Align marketplace merchandising with the DTC site strategy.

  • TikTok Shop Ownership

    • Lead TikTok Shop strategy, PDP optimization, storefront management, and growth initiatives.

    • Conduct competitive research, A/B tests, and performance analysis to improve conversion.

    • Oversee Shopify connectors for seamless product, inventory, order, and fulfillment syncs.

    • Coordinate promotions with Commercial and Marketing teams; build dashboards to track KPIs.

  • Third-Party & B2B Marketplaces

    • Launch and manage listings on Faire, Wholesale B2B Shopify, additional social shops, and retail marketplaces (e.g., Target.com).

    • Use tools like Feedonomics and Marketplace Connect to maintain clean product feeds and inventory data.

    • Troubleshoot GTIN mapping, metafields, and channel-specific requirements; monitor conversion metrics and adapt strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Commercial teams to ensure marketplace pricing and promotions mirror DTC channels.

    • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Influencer teams to implement campaigns and creative testing.

  • Operational Program Management

    • Own platform integrations, data integrity, and inventory accuracy across systems.

    • Establish and monitor merchandising KPIs (conversion rates, feed health); share insights with data teams to refine dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or site merchandising (Shopify DTC/social commerce strongly preferred).

  • Direct hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop (must be able to access U.S. TikTok Shop on mobile).

  • Proficiency with feed-management tools (Feedonomics, Marketplace Connect, or similar).

  • Strong knowledge of Shopify metafields, product taxonomy, and content systems.

  • Proven cross-functional project-management skills across marketing, creative, and operations.

  • Demonstrated success optimizing PDPs and driving performance merchandising.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to troubleshoot feed issues.

  • Note: Amazon experience is not required for this role.
