Advanced proficiency in email coding best practices (responsive HTML/CSS).
Proficiency in major ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of e-commerce campaigns (e.g., welcome flows, winback, post-purchase).
Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and/or Sketch.
Deep understanding of retention marketing and customer journey mapping.
Experience implementing dynamic content blocks, personalization, and segmentation strategies.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
