Sales Director (Enterprise-level)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead end-to-end sales efforts across mid-market and enterprise-level opportunities. The ideal candidate has a track record of building strong relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and consistently exceeding revenue goals. You’ll be responsible for driving business growth, acting as a strategic advisor to clients, and collaborating cross-functionally to shape a winning go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, and product demos to stakeholder management and contract negotiation.

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of client business needs and articulate how the platform delivers strategic value.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and targeted outbound outreach.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, coordinating internally with product, marketing, and customer success teams.

  • Strategically qualify leads, determine fit, and design custom solutions that align with client objectives.

  • Foster long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to stakeholders across business and technical teams.

  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking.

  • Share client insights to inform product development, marketing initiatives, and sales strategy.

  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and panels to expand market visibility.

  • Contribute to team culture by sharing best practices, learnings, and collaborating on challenges.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in mid-market and/or enterprise sales, with demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles.

  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to sales.

  • Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing abilities.

  • High sales velocity experience with the ability to manage multiple deals concurrently.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from performance and client data.

  • Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

  • Business acumen and intellectual curiosity, capable of holding strategic conversations with C-suite executives.

  • Background in marketing technology, analytics, or media buying is a strong plus.

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment is highly preferred.
