Monthly Net Salary: $1,700 to $2,100

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager, International to lead financial planning and analysis for international markets. This role serves as a key business partner to cross-functional leaders, driving budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial insights across global regions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with strategic thinking and the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations that support growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for international markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance, trends, and growth opportunities

  • Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis and clearly communicate key drivers to leadership

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and long-term strategy

  • Provide decision support to leadership through financial insights and performance analysis

  • Partner with regional and country leaders to develop and track KPIs

  • Prepare and present management reports highlighting key financial metrics and trends

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, including close partnership with Accounting during monthly close cycles

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions

  • Identify and implement process improvements within FP&A workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • 4–6 years of FP&A experience

  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling

  • Experience building three-statement financial models and cash flow forecasts is strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional and international stakeholders

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to convert financial data into business insights
