Job Summary:

The Customer Support Representative is the front line of communication for our brand, ensuring customers feel valued, heard, and supported. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and have prior experience supporting customers in the medical or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing accurate and timely assistance.

  • Handle complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.

  • Provide product and service information, assist with orders, refunds, and exchanges.

  • Analyze and resolve concerns by identifying root causes and offering effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address product or technical issues and share customer feedback to improve services.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and manage communications using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred.

  • Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is required.

  • Educational background in nursing, pharmacy, public health, or a related healthcare field is required.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with strong grammar and attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
