Job Summary:
The Customer Support Representative is the front line of communication for our brand, ensuring customers feel valued, heard, and supported. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and have prior experience supporting customers in the medical or healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing accurate and timely assistance.
Handle complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
Provide product and service information, assist with orders, refunds, and exchanges.
Analyze and resolve concerns by identifying root causes and offering effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address product or technical issues and share customer feedback to improve services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and manage communications using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred.
Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is required.
Educational background in nursing, pharmacy, public health, or a related healthcare field is required.
Excellent written and spoken English skills, with strong grammar and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
