Influencer Coordinator

Monthly Net Salary: ₱40,000 to ₱60,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Influencer Coordinator / Affiliate Outreach Coordinator to support and scale a fast-growing brand’s affiliate and creator partnerships. This role focuses on building strong relationships with creators, managing ongoing campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring timely execution across deliverables, payments, and content documentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help grow a high-performing influencer and affiliate ecosystem aligned with broader marketing and growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize relationships with existing and prospective affiliate and influencer partners
Maintain regular communication with assigned creators to ensure deliverables are met, contracts are followed, and content quality standards are upheld
Monitor trends and patterns across social and digital marketing efforts to identify new opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams on payment terms, schedules, and delivery to ensure creators are paid accurately and on time
Track and document all content produced by creators in designated folders and internal systems
Log creator posts daily, including publish dates, performance metrics, and post links
Contract a targeted number of creators on a weekly basis to meet campaign and business goals
Source, evaluate, and engage new influencer and affiliate partners across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook
Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships
Review influencer content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging prior to posting
Assist in creating influencer briefs, one-pagers, and campaign documentation aligned with marketing objectives
Collaborate with design and content teams to support the creation of high-quality social and creator-led content
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer coordination, affiliate outreach, or a related role
Strong expertise across major social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
Solid understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to analyze performance data and KPIs
Experience with editorial and social media content development, with a foundational understanding of digital design and user experience principles
Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling influencer or affiliate programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously
Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment; SaaS or B2B experience is a strong plus
