Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We’re seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and scale creator partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to contracting, briefing, launch, optimization, and reporting—driving measurable growth through authentic, on-brand creator content.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage always-on creator programs: identify, vet, and recruit creators across TikTok, Instagram/Reels, YouTube/Shorts, and Facebook.

  • Lead outreach, negotiation, and contracting (usage, whitelisting, exclusivity, FTC disclosures), coordinating product seeding, gifting, and paid/affiliate deals.

  • Develop clear briefs, talking points, and success criteria; review content for brand fit and compliance before go-live.

  • Launch and optimize campaigns (organic, affiliate, and paid amplification/whitelisting); test formats, hooks, incentives, and offers by channel.

  • Track performance and creator ROI (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, CPA/ROI/ROAS); deliver insights and recommendations.

  • Maintain a clean creator CRM/pipeline, calendars, and budgets; manage payments and deliverables.

  • Partner with Growth/Brand/Creative to integrate creator content into ads, email/SMS, site, and retail as UGC.

  • Monitor platform trends and policy updates; recommend new creators, formats, and pilots (e.g., live shopping, collabs, drops).

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years in influencer/creator marketing with hands-on experience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

  • Proven track record running end-to-end campaigns (from sourcing and negotiation to launch and post-mortem) with clear business outcomes.

  • Strong negotiation and contract literacy (usage rights, whitelisting, exclusivity, FTC/ASA compliance).

  • Analytical mindset; comfortable building reports and dashboards (e.g., Sheets/Excel) and translating data into action.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident briefing creators and aligning cross-functional teams.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creators, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.

  • Nice to have: experience with affiliate programs, creator/partner CRMs, paid social amplification, or e-commerce funnels.
