Marketing Manager (Shopify)

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to own DTC growth across CRO, paid media, and lifecycle (email/SMS). You’ll lead roadmap execution, partner with design/dev/analytics, and deliver profitable scaling through conversion optimization, high-ROI traffic, and retention systems on Shopify.
Responsibilities:
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Own CRO roadmap (checkout, PDP, UX); run audits (session replays/heatmaps), design A/B tests, and deploy improvements targeting CVR ≥ 1.6%. Optimize PDPs (spec highlights, reviews, urgency) to lift add-to-cart rates.
Paid Media: Launch and manage Google (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta (retargeting/DPA) campaigns around high-margin SKUs; maintain ROAS ≥ 2.5 and guide creative (UGC/product ads).
Retention (Email/SMS): Build and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome, cart/browse abandon, post-purchase, reorder, winback) and SMS programs (e.g., Postscript) to lift repeat purchase rate by 15–25%; monitor LTV and retention revenue mix.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (AOV, CVR, ROAS, MER, LTV); publish weekly insights and recommendations using attribution/performance dashboards.
Site & Platform Collaboration: Partner with dev/design on site iterations and future rebuild planning; ensure data-backed UX carries forward and page speed targets (<2.0s) are met.
Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate timelines, briefs, QA, and go-lives with creative, engineering, and merchandising for campaigns and launches.
Requirements:
3–5+ years in eCommerce/DTC growth or marketing with Shopify; proven impact across CRO, paid media, and lifecycle.
Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Shopify; familiarity with session replay tools and attribution/performance dashboards.
Demonstrated success meeting profitability targets (e.g., CVR, ROAS, MER) and scaling responsibly.
Strong A/B testing and data interpretation skills; turns findings into clear actions.
Excellent project management and cross-functional communication; ships on fast timelines.
Creative, performance-oriented problem solver with high ownership and attention to detail.
