Marketing Project Manager

Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: ₱60,000 to ₱80,000

Job Summary:

We need a Marketing Project Manager who can turn great ideas into flawlessly executed campaigns—on time, on budget, and aligned to goals. You’ll orchestrate people, timelines, and deliverables across brand, creative, and growth, keeping everyone focused and moving.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycles for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

  • Build project plans: briefs, timelines, milestones, task assignments, and dependencies.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (brand, creative, growth) to align priorities and resources.

  • Track status, surface risks, and escalate blockers before they impact deadlines.

  • Own project documentation and communication: schedules, updates, and stakeholder readouts.

  • Run post-mortems to capture learnings and improve processes and workflows.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally supporting marketing/creative teams.

  • Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello) and agile/sprint-style workflows.

  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Clear, concise communicator—written, verbal, and in cross-functional settings.

  • Proactive, solutions-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
