Marketplace Coordinator (Mirakl)

Permanent Employee, Part-time (30 hours/week), Remote, PST Shift

Hourly Net Salary: Up to $7.5/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketplace Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day marketplace execution across multiple retail partners. This role focuses on Mirakl operations, catalog accuracy, pricing and inventory management, order and return coordination, and ongoing SLA monitoring. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and experienced in maintaining operational excellence across third-party marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Mirakl-related activities across marketplace partners

  • Manage product catalogs with high accuracy across pricing, inventory levels, and product information

  • Prepare and complete retailer-specific Excel and Google Sheets files using Shopify and Airtable master data

  • Work with large data exports to identify discrepancies, execute bulk product updates, and flag operational issues

  • Manage marketplace pricing, promotions, deals, and coupon setups

  • Coordinate with feed management providers to ensure accurate data mapping and inventory synchronization

  • Monitor all retailer dashboards daily to ensure service level agreements are met

  • Manage orders and returns end-to-end, including return label issuance, inventory updates from warehouse check-in sheets, and dispute management for denied returns

  • Track return windows to ensure timely refunds and reimbursements are recovered

  • Communicate with marketplace partners and customers, ensuring responses within 24–48 hours

  • Coordinate with warehouse and customer support teams via Slack to resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues

  • Proactively identify and correct listing errors before they impact performance

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience managing marketplaces using Mirakl and Mirakl Connect

  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify for product, inventory, and order management

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including handling large datasets of 1,000+ SKUs

  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and data validation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple retailers, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
