Job Summary:
We’re seeking an execution-minded Media Buyer & Campaign Operations Lead to own every facet of Google Ads—launch, tracking, optimization, and reporting. You’ll partner with creative and strategy teams to translate client goals into high-performing Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns, while maintaining airtight SOPs and back-end workflows.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns to meet ROAS and CPA targets.
Tracking & Attribution: Set up accounts, pixels, tags, and UTM structures; ensure accurate conversion tracking and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards, analyze performance data in Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics, and deliver weekly insights with actionable next steps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative and strategy teams to develop briefs, testing plans, and new ad concepts.
Process & SOP Ownership: Maintain and refine internal SOPs, campaign-launch checklists, and automation workflows; identify opportunities to scale and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
2–4+ years of hands-on media-buying experience focused on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Strong operational mindset—comfortable with account setup, pixel implementation, and detailed UTM tracking.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related reporting tools.
Experience supporting DTC brands or working within an agency environment (preferred).
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed; able to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven settings.
