Job Summary:

We’re seeking an execution-minded Media Buyer & Campaign Operations Lead to own every facet of Google Ads—launch, tracking, optimization, and reporting. You’ll partner with creative and strategy teams to translate client goals into high-performing Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns, while maintaining airtight SOPs and back-end workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns to meet ROAS and CPA targets.

  • Tracking & Attribution: Set up accounts, pixels, tags, and UTM structures; ensure accurate conversion tracking and troubleshoot discrepancies.

  • Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards, analyze performance data in Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics, and deliver weekly insights with actionable next steps.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative and strategy teams to develop briefs, testing plans, and new ad concepts.

  • Process & SOP Ownership: Maintain and refine internal SOPs, campaign-launch checklists, and automation workflows; identify opportunities to scale and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on media-buying experience focused on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

  • Strong operational mindset—comfortable with account setup, pixel implementation, and detailed UTM tracking.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related reporting tools.

  • Experience supporting DTC brands or working within an agency environment (preferred).

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed; able to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven settings.
