OCM Project Manager

Permanent Employee, Full-time, On-Site, PHT Shift
Salary: ₱80,000 to ₱120,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Organizational Change Management (OCM) Project Manager to support the execution of SAP digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, change impact validation, learning needs analysis, and effective communication of key updates throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and confident in facilitating meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate Change Impact Assessments, review Tables of Organization, and update Role Profiles in line with Role Matrix Authorizations and sprint meetings.

  • Prepare and validate documentation for Learning Needs Analysis.

  • Create and deliver engaging roadshow presentations and project decks.

  • Provide regular weekly updates to the OCM team and stakeholders.

  • Attend and actively participate in key project-related meetings.

  • Collaborate with the OCM Team and perform additional tasks as needed for project support.

  • Ensure documentation and presentation materials are up to date and aligned with project goals.

  • Support stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives throughout the change process.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing OCM tasks within SAP digital transformation projects (portfolio of previous work will be requested).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for stakeholder and team meetings.

  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management during project implementations.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
