Operations & Data Manager (Supply Chain)

Monthly Net Salary: ₱80,000 to ₱100,000
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-obsessed Operations & Data Manager to support our Director of Supply Planning & Manufacturing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of purchasing, inventory, and operational data—primarily within our NetSuite ERP environment. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role critical to scaling our backend operations as we grow.
Responsibilities:
Purchase Order & Invoice Management
Maintain and update all Finished Goods and Component POs in NetSuite with accurate delivery dates, pricing, and quantities.
Track open POs and proactively coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
Approve supplier invoices through 3-way match validation and resolve mismatches with urgency and accuracy.
Foster collaborative yet assertive relationships with suppliers to ensure performance and accountability.
Inventory & Data Management
Monitor inventory KPIs and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for key stakeholders.
Flag slow-moving SKUs, support inventory optimization, and troubleshoot stock discrepancies.
Reconcile component usage and scrap rates per finished good by collaborating with suppliers.
Ensure timely execution of adjustments and accurate reflection of inventory transactions in NetSuite.
Process Optimization & Compliance
Maintain accurate master data, BOMs, and fill/assembly instructions to support seamless production at contract manufacturing sites.
Lead large-scale inventory transactions such as disposals, cycle counts, and reclassifications.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to scale operations and automate workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the key operational liaison across Finance, Sales, Planning, and Supply Chain.
Provide data-driven recommendations to correct root-cause issues.
Support internal and external audits through consistent and well-documented operational records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production support.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (NetSuite highly preferred).
Strong command of supplier coordination, PO/invoice lifecycle, and BOM management.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Experience in contract manufacturing or the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
