    • Maintain and update all Finished Goods and Component POs in NetSuite with accurate delivery dates, pricing, and quantities.

    • Track open POs and proactively coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.

    • Approve supplier invoices through 3-way match validation and resolve mismatches with urgency and accuracy.

    • Foster collaborative yet assertive relationships with suppliers to ensure performance and accountability.

  • Inventory & Data Management

    • Monitor inventory KPIs and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for key stakeholders.

    • Flag slow-moving SKUs, support inventory optimization, and troubleshoot stock discrepancies.

    • Reconcile component usage and scrap rates per finished good by collaborating with suppliers.

    • Ensure timely execution of adjustments and accurate reflection of inventory transactions in NetSuite.

  • Process Optimization & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate master data, BOMs, and fill/assembly instructions to support seamless production at contract manufacturing sites.

    • Lead large-scale inventory transactions such as disposals, cycle counts, and reclassifications.

    • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to scale operations and automate workflows.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Act as the key operational liaison across Finance, Sales, Planning, and Supply Chain.

    • Provide data-driven recommendations to correct root-cause issues.

    • Support internal and external audits through consistent and well-documented operational records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production support.

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (NetSuite highly preferred).

  • Strong command of supplier coordination, PO/invoice lifecycle, and BOM management.

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

  • Experience in contract manufacturing or the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
