Paid Media Manager

Job Summary:

Seeking a data-driven Paid Media Manager to own strategy, execution, and analysis across paid social, paid search, YouTube, CTV/Linear, and podcasts. You will manage budgets and pacing, build cross-channel reporting, partner with creative and analytics on rapid testing, and scale efficient acquisition in the US and international markets. This is a hands-on role responsible for daily revenue, ad spend, and efficiency tracking, with a primary focus on paid social.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and additional channels (CTV, Linear, podcasts), hitting CAC/ROAS goals.

  • Own monthly/periodic/daily budgeting, forecasting, and pacing for US and international markets; maintain revenue/spend/efficiency sheets.

  • Develop and maintain full-funnel measurement: creative reporting, incrementality/holdout tests, and performance dashboards; triangulate insights from attribution and analytics tools.

  • Implement and QA tracking and attribution (UTMs, pixels, GA4/server-side) in partnership with analytics; ensure clean data for decisioning.

  • Drive structured creative testing roadmaps; brief, iterate, and scale winning concepts with growth and creative teams.

  • Manage internal and external media buyers/agencies; enforce channel best practices and budget adherence.

  • Build lightweight automations and scripts (e.g., Sheets, platform rules, AI tooling) to streamline reporting, budget tracking, and test ops.

  • Stand up and systematize paid-influencer workflows; expand beyond Meta into YouTube/TikTok while standardizing reporting and budgeting.

  • Partner cross-functionally (eComm, brand, wholesale, analytics) on launches and seasonal moments; communicate results, risks, and next steps clearly and often.

  • Contribute to international playbooks; ensure consistent ways of working across markets.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience with proven ROI/scale across paid social and search.

  • Expert working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; familiarity with additional channels (YouTube, TikTok, AppLovin, etc.).

  • Strong analytical chops: comfortable in dashboards and spreadsheets; experienced with incrementality testing and creative performance analysis.

  • Experience with attribution/measurement tools (e.g., Northbeam, post-purchase surveys, geo-testing tools like Haus, server-side tracking like Edgemesh) and GA4.

  • Demonstrated success partnering with creative on structured testing and rapid iteration.

  • Clear, proactive communicator who thrives in fast environments and can manage internal/external buyers.

  • Bias to automation and leverage (Sheets formulas, basic scripts, or AI tooling) for speed and scale.

  • Nice to have: passion for food and cooking; experience in culinary or consumer goods.
