Job Summary:
We’re seeking a data-driven Paid Social Media Buyer to own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll lead structured testing, scale winners efficiently, partner closely with creative and eComm teams, and use attribution and analytics tools to drive profitable customer acquisition. Ideal for a hands-on performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and cares about building sustainable, high-performing growth engines.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) to hit CAC/ROAS goals.
Test and scale into emerging channels (e.g., AppLovin, Snapchat, Reddit) with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
Design and run incrementality tests (lift/holdout) to validate channel impact and inform budget allocation.
Translate performance insights into creative briefs and asset testing roadmaps; partner with creative to iterate quickly.
Own budgets, pacing, and forecasting; reallocate spend dynamically based on marginal returns.
Analyze results using attribution/analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Northbeam, Power BI) and deliver clear, actionable reporting.
Collaborate with eComm/UX on landing-page A/B tests to improve conversion rate and funnel efficiency.
Coordinate with brand, influencer, wholesale, and web teams to align launches, promos, and full-funnel initiatives.
Manage platform/vendor relationships and evaluate beta opportunities, policies, and feature rollouts.
Maintain clean SOPs, naming conventions, and dashboards for reliable measurement and repeatable execution.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with demonstrable success scaling Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Fluency in incrementality testing and interpreting lift/holdout results; strong grasp of attribution tradeoffs.
Proven budget ownership and pacing discipline across multi-account, multi-channel setups.
Working knowledge of CRO and landing page testing strategies; comfortable partnering with web/UX.
Proficiency with analytics/attribution tools (e.g., Northbeam, GA4) and platform UIs; advanced spreadsheet skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in rapid test-and-learn environments; strong written and verbal communication.
Nice-to-have: experience with YouTube/CTV/paid search/Amazon ads; familiarity with Wrike (or similar PM tools), Google Workspace, and Slack.
