PPC Campaign Coordinator

Salary: ₱30,000 to ₱50,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented PPC Campaign Coordinator to support our growing paid media team. This role focuses on campaign maintenance, bid adjustments, bulk file management, and reporting across multiple ad accounts. Ideal candidates will have prior hands-on experience in PPC management, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily bid adjustments and maintenance across search and shopping campaigns.
Create, edit, and upload bulk files for campaign optimizations.
Conduct campaign audits and performance checks to ensure account health.
Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Excel.
Manage keyword and negative keyword lists across accounts.
Proactively identify and flag issues, inconsistencies, or errors within campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of campaign changes, optimizations, and activities.
Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, or similar platforms).
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data cleaning.
Experienced with bulk file editing and large-scale campaign uploads.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability.
Ability to consistently work 9 AM – 5 PM EST without interruptions.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to solve problems independently.
Previous experience working in a digital marketing or PPC agency environment is a plus.
Familiarity with bid management tools or PPC automation software is a plus.
Background in eCommerce or lead generation-focused PPC accounts is a plus.
