PPC Lead
Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: ₱60,000 to ₱80,000
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a seasoned PPC Lead to own strategy and performance across 12–15 Amazon advertising accounts. In this hybrid role, you will manage key high-value clients directly while guiding up to two PPC Specialists who handle smaller, stable accounts. You’ll collaborate with Brand Managers to align PPC tactics with broader growth plans, monitor KPIs (ACoS, TACoS, spend), and serve as the primary performance voice in client communications.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement PPC strategies for each client, ensuring alignment with the Account Growth Plan created by the Brand Manager.
Stay current on Amazon PPC trends, features, and optimization opportunities.
Account Management
Directly manage high-priority accounts end-to-end (keyword research, bid management, campaign optimization, reporting).
Ensure ACoS, TACoS, and monthly ad spend meet or exceed client goals.
Proactively monitor account health and resolve performance issues.
Team Leadership & Oversight
Mentor and oversee up to two PPC Specialists, providing coaching, quality checks, and best-practice guidance.
Review daily work from Specialists to ensure strategic alignment and data accuracy.
Client & Internal Communication
Attend weekly internal check-ins and monthly client calls alongside the Brand Manager, presenting insights and next steps.
Provide clear performance notes, updates, and action items via Slack and shared docs.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, including large ad-budget management.
Demonstrated ability to manage 12–15 client accounts concurrently while meeting performance targets.
Proficiency with keyword and analytics tools (Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, etc.).
Experience with automated ad platforms (Trellis, AdLabs, Bidx, Tyko, Perpetua, Quartile, or similar).
Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort analyzing performance data.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills—fluent in spoken and written English.
Highly organized, accountable, and responsive; treats client accounts with owner-level diligence.
