Job Summary:

We’re seeking a data-driven PPC Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key channels. Your objective is to drive high-quality traffic, improve return on ad spend (ROAS), and scale performance through continuous testing, analysis, and strategic adjustments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional platforms as needed.

  • Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and refine bids, budgets, and targeting to hit KPIs.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximize reach and relevance.

  • Plan and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

  • Compile regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Demonstrated success in improving ROAS and other performance metrics through data-driven optimizations.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ad platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
