    • Collaborate with Planning and Logistics teams for seamless PO hand-offs and shipment coordination.

  • Vendor Relationship & Performance Management:

    • Maintain strong, transparent relationships with global manufacturing partners.

    • Lead quarterly business reviews using vendor performance scorecards to evaluate KPIs (OTIF, quality, lead times).

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with vendors based on performance insights.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:

    • Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure product standards are consistently met.

    • Coordinate quality inspections at key stages of production (e.g., inline, pre-shipment) via internal or third-party QA teams.

    • Manage QA vendor relationships and ensure timely, actionable inspection reporting.

    • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., garment labeling, care labels).

  • Forecast Management & Raw Material Tracking:

    • Monitor vendor production forecasts and align on capacity and timelines.

    • Track adherence to forecasted volumes and delivery schedules.

    • Oversee raw material readiness owned by vendors to support production timelines.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with Planning and Logistics to align production with sales and inventory needs.

    • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and vendors, maintaining transparency and production flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in apparel production or operations, preferably in a start-up or high-growth brand.

  • Experience managing global vendors and third-party QA partners.

  • Strong track record of managing production timelines, resolving delays, and upholding quality standards.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven in decision-making.

  • Proficiency in production tools such as Excel and PLM systems.

  • Familiarity with ERP (NetSuite), PLM (Centric), Anvyl, MRP, or similar production-related platforms.
