Project Manager – Asana Specialist

Monthly Net Salary: ₱60,000 to ₱80,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Asana Specialist to own project planning, execution, and operational efficiency across cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for building and managing scalable systems in Asana while supporting product development, launches, and ongoing business initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong Asana expertise and experience coordinating teams working on physical products in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the Asana workspace, including project structures, workflows, templates, automations, and best practices

  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, boards, timelines, and reporting to provide clear visibility into project progress

  • Partner with product, marketing, creative, and operations teams to manage roadmaps, launches, and ongoing initiatives

  • Ensure clear ownership, deadlines, and accountability for tasks and deliverables across the product lifecycle

  • Support product development and launch workflows, including managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional handoffs

  • Train, coach, and support team members to ensure effective adoption and use of Asana

  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and operational inefficiencies, and proactively implement process improvements

  • Align projects and initiatives with broader business priorities and leadership objectives

  • Maintain clear documentation and standardized workflows to improve operational consistency and scalability

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience managing cross-functional teams

  • Advanced expertise in Asana, including workspace administration, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting

  • Experience supporting product teams or working in product management–adjacent environments

  • Experience working with physical product businesses such as e-commerce, consumer goods, or manufacturing

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Proven ability to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive accountability across teams
