ClickUp Project Manager

Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, EST Shift

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a sleeves-rolled-up operator to own our execution engine: translate goals into clear plans, keep ClickUp spotless and accountable, run the rhythm of the business, and give leadership crisp visibility without hand-holding. You’ll coordinate cross-functional work, surface risks early, and harden processes so initiatives launch predictably and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and maintain ClickUp (spaces, lists, templates, dependencies, automations) and keep it clean and current.

  • Break strategic objectives into scoped projects and sequenced tasks; set owners, timelines, and success metrics.

  • Track delivery, unblock owners, escalate risks early, and remove bottlenecks across teams.

  • Run weekly leadership cadences: prep agendas/materials/KPIs, document decisions, assign owners and due dates, and ensure follow-through.

  • Standardize updates, streamline communication, and clarify ownership and handoffs to reduce ad-hoc fire drills.

  • Maintain execution dashboards (sessions, conversion, BSR trends, inventory health, marketplace launches) and issue concise weekly status for CEO/COO.

  • Document SOPs, improve workflows for repeatability and scale, and drive continuous improvement from retros and data.

  • Create executive leverage for the COO by filtering noise, prioritizing true escalations, and enabling focus on strategy and problem solving.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in project management or operations with a track record of cross-functional delivery.

  • Expert in ClickUp (or Asana/Monday) including workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting—ClickUp strongly preferred.

  • Confident facilitator and communicator; holds teams accountable with clarity and calm.

  • Highly structured, detail-obsessed, and proactive; excellent prioritization and critical thinking.

  • Nice to have: experience supporting a COO/operations leader; fast-paced startup background; history building SOPs and operational frameworks.
