Retail Operations Coordinator
Permanent Employee, Part-time, Remote, PST Shift
Salary: Up to $7 per hour (20 hours per week)
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail & Vendor Setup Coordinator to manage item and vendor onboarding across key retail accounts (Walmart, Costco, Meijer, Thrive Market, UNFI, Wegmans). You will own retailer-portal updates, ensure compliance documents (e.g., Certificates of Liability Insurance) are current, and coordinate internally to gather accurate product data.
Responsibilities:
Item & Listing Management – Set up new SKUs and maintain product data within each retailer portal.
Vendor Onboarding – Complete vendor setup packets and ensure all retailer-specific requirements are met.
Portal Administration – Keep retailer dashboards up to date with timely data entry and status monitoring.
Compliance Documentation – Upload and track Certificates of Liability Insurance and other required forms.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Liaise with internal teams to collect documentation, specs, and images for smooth submissions.
Requirements:
Prior experience managing retailer portals and item/vendor setup (experience with Walmart, Costco, Meijer, Thrive Market, UNFI, or Wegmans preferred).
Strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple retail accounts and deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Self-starter comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with compliance documentation (e.g., COI) is a plus.
