Roofing Estimator

Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: ₱50,000 to ₱70,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial roofing projects. This role plays a critical part in our pre-construction process, using tools like Bluebeam to perform digital takeoffs, analyze blueprints, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure precise bids and proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze architectural plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine the full scope of work.

• Use Bluebeam Revu to perform accurate digital takeoffs, measurements, and markups.

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.

• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing and lead times.

• Assist in preparing and submitting complete bid packages and RFP responses.

• Collaborate with project managers to align estimates with field execution strategies.

• Maintain and update historical pricing data and cost databases.

• Attend pre-bid site visits and meetings when required.

• Support value engineering initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize cost without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience, ideally in commercial or industrial roofing.

• Strong proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for plan review and takeoffs.

• Solid understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction methods.

• Ability to interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
