Sales Development Representative
Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, EST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: ₱30,000 to ₱40,000
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to fuel top-of-funnel growth for our e-commerce SaaS solution. You’ll prospect, qualify, and engage leads—working hand-in-hand with sales and marketing to turn target accounts into booked meetings. Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, or Gorgias and an understanding of the DTC buyer journey will set you up for success.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) to generate and qualify leads
Qualify inbound inquiries based on business fit and buyer intent
Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
Manage outreach and pipeline activities in HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM
Build account lists and craft vertical-specific messaging for DTC brands, Shopify merchants, and other target segments
Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-ups and feedback loops
Uncover prospect pain points and articulate solution value propositions
Track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to meet or exceed activity and booking goals
Stay current on e-commerce trends and emerging SaaS enablement tools
Requirements:
2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B e-commerce or SaaS
Consistent track record of hitting outbound quotas and booking qualified meetings
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
Proficiency with outbound sales tools (Apollo, SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar)
Prior exposure to platforms like Klaviyo, Yotpo, or Gorgias
Data-driven mindset; ability to refine outreach based on performance insights
Self-motivated, persistent, and adaptable in a fast-moving remote environment
Experience selling to marketing, CX, or retention teams at DTC or omnichannel brands is preferred
Background working with cross-functional sales/marketing teams or ABM strategies is preferred
Knowledge of email/SMS marketing, customer-support automation, or retention platforms is preferred
