Senior Amazon Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer based in Costa Rica to lead visual content creation for our Amazon listings. This role is pivotal in driving conversion through scroll-stopping hero images, high-impact secondary shots, and optimized A+ content. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Amazon design—especially within the beauty, personal care, or CPG sectors—and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end image pipeline for Amazon SKUs: hero images, lifestyle imagery, infographics, comparison charts, and A+ content modules.

  • Translate product features and brand narratives into compelling, on-brand visuals that meet Amazon’s technical and policy standards.

  • Collaborate with marketing, copy, and product teams to align imagery with promotional calendars, seasonality, and keyword strategies.

  • Conduct competitive audits and make data-informed optimizations based on CTR, CVR, and A/B testing insights.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all assets while exploring creative enhancements for new product launches.

  • Manage retouching, color correction, and 3D mock-ups to deliver polished and high-quality visuals.

  • Deliver organized, upload-ready files and track revisions efficiently using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Costa Rica with a reliable home office setup and strong internet connection.

  • 3+ years of experience designing Amazon listing content for beauty, personal care, or CPG brands.

  • Strong portfolio of high-performing Amazon creative (please include a link).

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D software is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of e-commerce CRO principles, mobile-first design, and Amazon design best practices.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and iterate quickly.

  • Impeccable attention to detail, disciplined file management, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with Amazon analytics tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is preferred.

  • Motion graphics or short-form video editing experience (especially for Amazon or paid social) is preferred.

  • Knowledge of global packaging standards and FDA regulations for cosmetic labeling is preferred.
