Senior Marketplaces Graphic Designer

Monthly Net Salary: ₱70,000 to ₱90,000
Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Senior Marketplaces Graphic Designer to clean up and elevate Amazon listings first, then scale best practices across additional marketplaces (Walmart, Target.com, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, retail-partner portals). You’ll own conversion-driven imagery—hero images, secondary shots, infographics, A+/Rich Content—and ensure every web listing (ours + retail partners) is visually consistent, compliant, and built to convert. Bonus if you can also produce brand collateral like flyers and catalogs.
Responsibilities:
Amazon listing overhaul: Audit PDPs, rebuild hero/secondary images, create A+/Rich Content, and enforce platform specs and compliance.
Cross-marketplace rollout: Adapt and publish winning Amazon creative to other marketplaces; maintain channel-specific templates, safe zones, and guidelines.
Web listing support: Ensure images and content for all listings (owned site + retail partners) are uploaded correctly, QA’d, and consistent with brand standards.
Infographic & visual storytelling: Translate features/benefits into clear, high-impact infographics, comparison charts, and use/size guides.
Optimization & testing: Run creative variants, review CTR/CVR and heatmaps, and iterate to improve conversion and engagement.
Asset ops: Own tidy file structures/DAM, version control, and upload-ready handoffs; manage retouching, color consistency, and 3D/mockups as needed.
Brand collateral (nice to have): Design sell sheets, flyers, catalogs, and trade materials aligned with marketplace visuals.
Requirements:
5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong e-commerce/marketplaces focus.
Proven track record revamping Amazon PDPs/A+ and driving measurable conversion lift (portfolio required).
Expert in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign/After Effects a plus) and comfortable in Figma.
Deep knowledge of marketplace specs & compliance (dimensions, text density, safe areas, image policies).
Strong grasp of CRO principles (visual hierarchy, mobile-first design, accessibility basics) and data-informed iteration.
Meticulous file management and ability to manage large SKU catalogs and deadlines across channels.
Clear communicator who collaborates well with copy, marketplace ops, growth/PPC, and sales.
3D/mockup skills (Blender/C4D) and light motion (GIFs/shorts) for PDPs.
Familiarity with marketplace/SEO tools (e.g., Helium 10, DataDive) to align visuals with keyword strategy.
Experience producing flyers, catalogs, and sell sheets for retail and wholesale.
