Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Site Merchandising & Marketing Associate to optimize product listings, launch on-site campaigns, and analyze performance for our headless Shopify storefront. You’ll combine data-driven insights with creative merchandising to elevate the customer journey, improve conversion, and support brand initiatives. Responsibilities:
Merchandising & Listing Management
Maintain and optimize product listings, collections, and on-site search to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Schedule, stage, and QA all on-site marketing assets, banners, and promotions ahead of launch.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor key website KPIs, interpret A/B test results, and surface insights to improve UX and conversion.
Implement data-backed recommendations (product placement, content tweaks, promo structures) to drive growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, design, and dev teams to align site updates with campaign calendars and brand guidelines.
Communicate timelines and QA results to stakeholders for smooth launches.
Tools & Innovation
Work within a headless Shopify environment and adapt quickly to new merchandising or analytics tools.
Stay current on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies to suggest innovative site enhancements.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of e-commerce merchandising experience (retail brand experience preferred).
Hands-on practice with Shopify headless or similar composable storefront setups.
Strong analytical skills—comfortable pulling data, assessing A/B tests, and translating insights into action.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude toward adopting new tools and technologies.
Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication; confident collaborating across marketing, design, and development teams.
Ability to consistently overlap with West Coast (PST/PDT) work hours.
