Supply Chain Manager

(Forecasting & Planning)

Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: ₱80,000 to ₱100,000

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Manager to own demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization across all channels (DTC, Amazon, retail). You’ll build robust planning processes, drive S&OP alignment, and ensure supply continuity in a fast-moving CPG environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning

    • Own the end-to-end forecasting process—integrate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and historical data to deliver accurate demand plans.

    • Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans, balancing vendor lead times, capacity, and inventory strategy.

    • Build forecast-accuracy metrics, lead monthly S&OP cycles, and run scenario/risk planning for demand volatility or supply disruptions.

  • Supply Planning & Procurement

    • Develop material and ingredient procurement plans; manage POs and vendor communications to meet on-time, in-full (OTIF) targets.

    • Drive cost analyses, volume leverage, and dual-sourcing initiatives to optimize spend and mitigate risk.

  • Inventory & Production Management

    • Execute forecast-driven replenishment, safety-stock, and turnover strategies to prevent shortages or excess.

    • Partner with co-manufacturers on production schedules; support new product introductions with integrated planning.

  • Fulfillment, Logistics & Operational Execution

    • Oversee 3PL and logistics partners—align freight, fulfillment, and service levels with forecasted volumes and budget goals.

    • Lead continuous-improvement projects that enhance planning accuracy and last-mile performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Gather forecast inputs and promotional lifts from Sales/Marketing; align launch readiness with Product and Operations.

    • Translate demand plans into financial forecasts and budgets in partnership with Finance (COGS, working capital).

    • Serve as the planning point of contact—driving visibility, accountability, and data integrity across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in supply-chain roles focused on demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory control (CPG or consumables preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills; fluent in advanced Excel/Google Sheets forecasting models and dashboards.

  • Proven success managing planning processes with limited or no ERP—comfortable supplementing with manual tools.

  • Background in manufacturing/production planning, vendor management, and domestic & international logistics.

  • Demonstrated S&OP participation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence at all levels.
