Technical Operations Manager
Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: ₱90,000 to ₱120,000
Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Technical Operations Manager to serve as the operational right hand to our executive team. This is a hybrid role that blends technical project management with systems thinking—you’ll turn high-level business ideas into structured workflows, scoped timelines, and actionable tickets. Think: technical EA meets strategic program manager.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-obsessed operator who understands the nuances of API integrations, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS ecosystems—not as a developer, but as someone who can confidently manage cross-functional teams, architect solutions, and keep tech and ops initiatives running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Translate executive briefs into clearly scoped projects, timelines, user stories, and deliverables using tools like Asana or Jira.
Serve as the central coordinator across technical, operations, and product teams—tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment.
Architect and optimize operational workflows that span systems like Shopify, NetSuite, Klaviyo, and custom APIs.
Run stand-ups, sprint planning, and retros; keep projects tightly documented and on schedule.
Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure clear handoffs and actionable specs—no loose ends.
Proactively identify process gaps and propose systems-level improvements.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in technical project management, operations architecture, or product ownership.
Strong understanding of modern e-commerce stacks and data flows (Shopify, ERPs, CDPs, APIs, etc.).
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills—capable of turning ambiguity into structure with speed.
Comfortable owning tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and documentation skills—able to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across teams.
Prior experience supporting a founder or senior executive.
Exposure to systems architecture, product roadmapping, or technical requirements gathering.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery cycles.
