TikTok Community Manager
Permanent Employee, Part-time, Remote, PST Shift
Job Summary:
We’re hiring a TikTok Community Manager to moderate live streams every Saturday and Sunday. You’ll keep the chat safe and buzzing, pin the right products at the right moments, set up and manage giveaways, and make sure no customer question goes unanswered—driving engagement, conversions, and a smooth viewer experience.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Live Setup: Load/verify product catalog, promo codes, and giveaway mechanics; prep pinned product sequence and FAQs.
Live Moderation: Pin/swap products in real time, surface deals, manage giveaways, and respond to missed or fast-moving comments.
Community Safety: Enforce house rules, mute/block trolls, and maintain a positive, brand-safe chat environment.
Conversion Support: Identify buying signals, drop quick answers on pricing, sizing, shipping, returns, and guide viewers to checkout.
Issue Triage: Flag stream, inventory, or order questions to the host/ops; escalate edge cases to customer support.
Post-Live Recap: Deliver metrics and insights (peak viewers, CTR on pinned items, top questions, giveaway winners, improvement ideas).
Requirements:
Proven experience moderating TikTok Lives or similar live shopping/community streams.
Strong command of TikTok Live features (product pinning, live shopping cart, promo codes, comment management, basic analytics).
Fast, clear written communication and calm, customer-first problem solving.
Detail-oriented multitasker; comfortable working in a rapid, high-volume chat environment.
Reliable weekend availability every Saturday and Sunday, with stable high-speed internet and a quiet setup (headset preferred).
Nice to have: experience with live giveaway tools, basic creator/host coordination, and light spreadsheet reporting.
