TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager

Monthly Net Salary: ₱60,000 to ₱80,000
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager to lead our e-commerce initiatives in the beauty and personal care space. This role will own the end-to-end management of our TikTok Shop presence and build a high-performing affiliate program to drive brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate has deep platform knowledge, a strong network of influencers, and a data-driven approach to growth.
Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Operations: Manage and optimize our TikTok Shop, including product listings, inventory, promotional tools, and in-app campaign strategies.
Affiliate Program Management: Build and scale our affiliate program by sourcing, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with TikTok influencers and creators.
Campaign Execution: Lead the development and rollout of creator-driven campaigns that align with trending content and customer interests.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales, engagement, affiliate conversions), generate reports, and refine strategies based on insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaign execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on social commerce or e-commerce.
Proven track record managing TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and creator culture.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adapt strategies.
Experience working with beauty or personal care brands is preferred.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools and creator platforms is preferred.
Creative thinker with an eye for high-performing social content.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
